For sale is my retro classic anniversary model 1996 Rocky Mountain Blizzard.

I built it up with rare and desireable period correct parts from the 90’s all sourced over a long period of time.

The spec is;

18.5″ 96 Blizzard frame 15 year anniversary model made from Tange prestige steel.

Kona project 2 forks in black with white logo to match the frame.

Syncros 26.8 x 425mm hardcore post

Ringle baby Zooka stem 90mm 10 deg rise.

Raceface Turbine chainset with Blackspire chainrings and middleburn bolts.

Front wheel Ringle ano red hub with Mavic 117 rim red nipples db ss spokes

Rear wheel Hope Ti red ano hub with matching Mavic rim red nipples db ss spokes

Salsa titanium rasta quick release skewers.

Mechs are XT m739

Shifters are XT m739 pods

Chris King no threadset in silver

Onza cwa bar ends

WTB speedmaster cantilever brakes

WTB titanium kevlar embroidered saddle

Renthal RC30 handlebar

Avid ultimate brake levers.

IRC Mythos kevlar bead tyres were nos before fitting.

New just fitted SRAM 8spd cassette and chain as the m950 in the pictures was skipping.

I added up all the parts as costing me well over 1000 and some have gone up in value since I purchased them so the price is fair.

The pedals are not included in the sale.

I would prefer cash on collection and could possibly drive approx 1 hour to meet the buyer with a securing deposit but would be prepared to ship it if necessary however if shipping l would only accept payment through bank transfer and would insist on insured services only. I have bought and sold bikes in the past so I know how I’d like to receive a bike. Very well wrapped and as protected as possible, which is how I will ship this out. However I will need a bit of time to obtain a bike box and wrap it up properly.
